Commission Terms of ServiceBy commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:General Guidelines-
1. Minors: If you are under 18, you must get permission from a parent or guardian before commissioning me.

2. Artist Rights: I reserve the right to decline any commission I am not comfortable with.

3. NSFW Policy: You must be 19 years or older to commission NSFW artwork. I may request age confirmation.

4. Credit: Please do not repost or use my artwork (including commissions) without proper credit. If reposting commissioned work, make sure the commissioner has given permission as well.

5. Usage Rights: You’re welcome to use or edit commissioned artwork for personal use.

6. Personal Work: I may post or work on personal art between commissions.

7. Will / Won’t Draw:
✅ Will draw: furries, suggestive/NSFW content, complex character designs, Canon and OCs, Ship art, mecha.

❌ Will not draw: Ask and i will tell you.Turnaround Time & Updates○ Please allow up to 3 months for your commission to be completed. I value quality and detail and invest many hours into each piece. I also have a very rough homelife aswell as sicknesses that disable me for weeks to months at a time, please keep updated with my circumstances at @Kojinga_ on Twitter/X or my Discord server at discord.gg/inflation .

○ Rush jobs with specific deadlines will incur a fee (see below).
○ You are welcome to ask for updates if you haven’t received one in a while! I typically provide updates during:● Rough sketch
● Flat colors/Lineart
● Final checkPayment Process○ We will first discuss your idea in detail.
○ I’ll send rough sketches until we agree on the final pose.
○ Once the sketch is approved, full payment is required to proceed.

● Gift cards (pre-approved; ask first!)Commission Queue○ Once payment is received, you’ll be added to my Commission List, where you can check your position in the queue at any time.Modifications○ You can change or upgrade your commission any time before I begin.
○ If you change your mind about details, characters, or add-ons, you can pay the difference.
● Refunds are not available for downgrades.After I start:○ Minor changes are free (within reason).
○ Major changes may require an added fee or a new commission slot.Refunds○ In the rare case I cannot complete the piece, I may issue a partial refund depending on progress.
● Minimum non-refundable amount: 25% of the total cost (covers time and work already done).Additional FeesThese are calculated based on the total (base price + add-ons):○ Rush Order: +50% (Skip the line or meet a deadline)
○ Resale/Commercial Use: +50% (For use on products, streams, marketing, etc.)
○ Exclusivity/NDA: +100% (Grants full rights and/or silence on the project)Legal & Usage○ All rights to the art I create remain with me, unless commercial/exclusive rights are purchased.
○ You may not sell, publish, mint, or redistribute my artwork (physical or digital, including NFTs or using my art to train AI) without my written permission and the appropriate license.
○ Unless exclusivity is purchased, I retain the right to:● Sell prints
● Use the artwork in my portfolio
● Post the artwork online
● Use it in promotional material or merchandisePersonal Use Guidelines○ Using my artwork as a profile picture or banner is okay, as long as you credit me (@Kojinga_).
